Design Team

The Great Lakes Culinary Designs team is quite diverse. Team members have backgrounds ranging from Architecture, Engineering, Former Executive Chefs & Restaurateurs, Interior Design, US Navy, and more. One thing they all have in common is a knack for creatively combining fresh ideas with efficient designs.

National Accounts

This team’s only focus is National and Regional Chains, Airports, and Travel Plazas. Their specialized and personal approach is a culmination of over 20 years of existence with many long-term clients who keep coming back time and time again.
